Convenient location and relatively peaceful surroundings. Just about 25 km from the airport, so not too far. They offer a nice selection of breakfast options. 🌟.

Most friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean surroundings and wonderful location - so handy to everything - we could walk everywhere or just a short bus or taxi ride would take us into the heart of Brisbane city.
Lounge cushions are not comfy as they are worn thin with age Need to be revitalised. We could not sit for long in them.

A nice size and good standard room with parkview, good offer. Location right by the center, the surrounding pubs & cafe's, and food & drink outlets, close to city & inner southside. What an extremely helpful and really helpful staff...

The staff were immensely warm, welcoming, helpful (eg with extra towel, getting a taxi, minding luggage etc). They had good manners, which are crucial for society to function well. I would recommend this hotel. I slept really well & it was quiet & clean. (If you wanted, you could add a complimentary shower cap, as most women expect that in a hotel.) I liked that I could have a cuppa. And the heating system was excellent. It was nice having greenery outside the window, too, for privacy & aesthetics. I was also able to alter the booking from two nights to one, with no dramas. It was very conveniently located for a speech I was delivering.Thankyou for having me to stay.

The setting was quite magnificent within easy reach of a major sports stadium. There were stores and convenience stores around the hotel.

Close to a hotel and easy walking distant to rock climbing and abseiling at Kangaroo Point cliffs.
Noisy corridors so don't expect a good nights sleep if you are sensitive to noise and voices close by. Unusual draft in bathroom that causes shower curtain to cling to person in shower. Alternative is to push back shower curtain and then unfortunately the shower mist dampens anything left on the vanity unit and the floor right up to the toilet.

I really enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the pool. Mark at the front desk in particular was very helpful.
The price was quite high, but I understand it was at a peak time.
